The Official Gazette of Aragon (BOA) published on September 23 the Order establishing the regulatory bases for the exceptional granting of direct surface aid to sweet fruit farms in Aragon, to compensate for the economic difficulties generated by the war in Ukraine and approval of the call for these subsidies for 2022. The purpose of this Order is to establish the regulatory bases for subsidies for the granting of exceptional aid, in order to alleviate the economic consequences resulting from market disturbances arising from the war in Ukraine, to producers of sweet fruit from Aragon with a total area equal to or greater than 3 hectares, and its call for the year 2022. The products framed under the generic definition of sweet fruit are: Peach, Nectarine, Platerina, Paraguayo, Apricot, Cherry, Plum, Pear, Apple, Quince, Persimmon, Medlar, Fig and Pomegranate.
