Australia’s April chickpea, lentil exports dive

52pc from 112,602t exported in April 2024. On chickpeas shipped in April 2025, Pakistan on 6315t, Canada on 1788t, and the United Arab Emirates on 1278t were the top three destinations. India, which reinstated hefty tariffs on Australian chickpeas as of April 1, fell from 232,687t in February and 33,000t in March to zero in April.
