The National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida) successfully concluded the workshop course on “Coffee Tasting, Roasting, and Extraction Methods” held in the district of Anchihuay (Ayacucho). The objective of this training was to strengthen the technical capabilities of the producers and promote the quality of coffee in the southern Valle de los Ríos Apurímac, Ene and Mantaro (Vraem). During three days of intensive training, the participants received specialized training aimed at improving the evaluation and preparation standards of coffee.
