BB starts renegotiating rural credit debts based on the Provisional Measure

Starting this Tuesday, the 21st, Banco do Brasil begins offering the contracting of operations based on the rural credit MP (1.314/25), with the use of free resources. The new line can be requested by rural producers, whether they are individuals or legal entities, and agricultural cooperatives. "With the new BB Regulariza Agro line, with free resources from Banco do Brasil, the producer will be able to settle, amortize, and extend operating, investment, and CPR debts, including those that have already been extended, renegotiated, or that are current, in regions impacted by crop losses due to adverse events and that caused an increase in indebtedness in the National Rural Credit System (SNCR)," details the bank in a statement.
