Olimerca.- With 76,000 of the 450,000 hectares of olive groves already organic, Castilla-La Mancha has become the largest producer of extra virgin olive oil in this category. It is also the world's second-largest oil-producing community, with a forecast for this campaign of 100,000 to 110,000 tons of extra virgin olive oil.
