Source and Photography: Fruit Daily The 2025 Chilean clementine harvest ended in week 26 with mixed results: outstanding fruit quality and a 32% increase in export volume, but facing a more moderate demand in the US market, which continues to concentrate almost the entire shipments. According to the analysis by Decofrut's Department of Studies, Chile exported 61,978 tons of clementines, widely surpassing the 47,003 tons of the 2024 campaign. The growth is explained by good field productivity and favorable climatic conditions, which allowed fruit with good caliber, coloration, and an excellent soluble solids/acidity ratio, translating into outstanding quality at destination.
