From January to August 2024, China's fresh blueberry imports rose by 9.76% in value to US$ 101.4 million, despite a 7.71% drop in quantity to 11.3 million Kg compared to the same period in 2023. Peru, Chile, and Canada were the main suppliers, with increased value but decreased volume, while the United States, a supplier in 2023, did not export to China in 2024. The importing companies are mainly based in Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Liaoning, and Tianjing provinces.
