China imported 9.48 million tons of soybeans in October of this year, an increase of 17.2% compared to the same month in 2024, when it acquired 8.09 million tons, according to preliminary data from the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC). In value, the purchases of the oilseed totaled US$ 4.36 billion, a growth of 11.2% compared to the previous year.
