In October, compared to September, the indicator increased by 2.5%, and in annual terms - up to 26.6%. Therefore, during the year we record a gloomy dynamics of price growth for almost all food products in Ukrainian supermarkets. In particular, compared to 2021, Ukrainians will have to shell out a considerable amount of money from their wallets this year to enjoy their favorite citrus fruits, the price of which has increased by an average of 74% in annual terms. How have supermarket prices changed? According to Zakaz.ua analysts, prices for lemons jumped the most compared to last year - by 146%. In December 2021, a kilogram of yellow ones on supermarket shelves cost an average of UAH 25.7, while in December this year the price increased to UAH 61.7.
