The supply of potatoes is not yet stable and price fluctuations are part of the daily life of producers. The Irga variety, known to everyone, prevails in the wholesale market in Bronisze near Warsaw, which results from the preferences in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Apart from it, of course, there are also quite large numbers of the Arrow and Lord varieties, but these varieties are valued a bit lower. The situation on the market is quite unstable and the prices depend on the supply of vegetables at the moment. How does it look in practice? Sunday heat caused that on Monday the price of potatoes was slightly higher and amounted to PLN 35 for a 15-kilogram sack (PLN 2.33 / kg) for the young Irga. This state of affairs was due to the fact that few producers dug potatoes due to high temperatures, even up to 36 degrees Celsius. Nevertheless, there are also days when the supply is much higher and the prices drop to only PLN 20.00-25.00 per 15 kg bag (PLN 1.33-1.66 / kg). And what does it look like with the other varieties?
