Producers of fresh dairy products have begun active preparations for the revival of the market, which is expected in a week or two. This is stated in the message of "Infagro". “Vacations are coming to an end, students will go to study, everyone will start buying more milk, kefir and yogurt, sour cream and cottage cheese,” the experts explain. And they add that manufacturers noticeably increase prices for their products. Already now, the following levels appear in wholesale offers: milk 2.5%, film - 25.5-27.0 UAH / l; kefir 2.5%, film - 29.0-31.5 UAH / l; sour cream 15%, film - 67-72 UAH / kg; cottage cheese 9% - 114-125 UAH / kg. “Not all chains are ready to increase prices. And it is good for producers that the chains do not have a large supply of imported fresh dairy products, such as for cheeses, ”the analysts clarify.
