The article reports on the decrease in the selling prices of dairy products in Poland, including a 4% drop in butter and a 3% drop in skimmed milk powder within a week, and a 9% and 12.5% decrease, respectively, within a month. However, compared to the previous year, the prices of these products increased. Similarly, the GlobalDairyTrade trading platform reported a 3.8% decrease in its price index, with butter and whole milk powder being 21% and 16% cheaper, respectively, than the previous year. In contrast, Cheddar cheese was 8% cheaper than last year but 13% higher than the year before on the Chicago Stock Exchange.
