Selling prices of dairy products in Poland Dairy plants monitored under the Integrated Agricultural Market Information System of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development from October 31 to November 6, 2022, sold butter in blocks of PLN 32.37/kg, i.e. 3% cheaper than a week earlier and 2.5% cheaper than a month ago. Packaged butter was sold at PLN 33.59/kg (PLN 6.72 for a 200-g cube), which is 1% less than in the previous week and 2.5% less than in the previous month. The price of butter in blocks was higher than in the previous year by 36.5%, and packaged butter – by 32.5%. The selling price of skimmed milk powder amounted to PLN 17.83/kg and was lower by 1.5% than a week earlier and a month ago.
