Decree postpones requirement of new identity card for fishing season insurance

Without the rule published today in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU), the document would have been required starting at the beginning of 2026, that is, in 3 days. According to the decree, the granting and renewal of the benefit now follows the schedule regulated by the government. However, there are legal doubts about when this deadline is.
