Fruit The second month of spring of this year turned out to be especially active for Georgia in terms of developing foreign trade in apples: the country managed to increase their imports and at the same time increase the exports of these fruits. Apple import volumes in April 2022 rose to 1 thousand tons, but still remained relatively low compared to some previous seasons. At the same time, the export of apples from the country reached a record high in recent years and almost reached 4.7 thousand tons, partially compensating for insignificant volumes of deliveries in previous months.
