The EuFruitbasket campaign, co-financed by the European Commission, seeks to boost the consumption of nectarines, peaches, kiwis, and persimmons in Spain and Germany from May 2024 to April 2027. This initiative, a partnership between Asepop Velventou and the Spanish Kaki Association, aims to educate consumers on the health benefits of diverse fruit and vegetable intake while enhancing sales and export value. The campaign will employ strategies such as trade show participation, advertorials, social media engagement, and tasting events to showcase the high quality and nutritional advantages of these European fruits.
