Exports of corn in December may exceed 2 million tons.

As of December 29, Ukraine has exported 14,906 thousand tons of grains and legumes since the beginning of the 2025/26 MY (July–June), reports "ProAgro Group." According to the State Customs Service, the export volume is 6.6 million tons or 30.7% less than the figure on December 30 of the previous year. Wheat supplies currently amount to 7,759 thousand tons, which is 1.9 million tons or 20% less than the volume exported during the corresponding period of the previous season. Barley exported abroad is 1,263 thousand tons – 705 thousand tons or 35.8% less. Corn supplies are also significantly lagging behind last year's: currently they amount to 5,634 thousand tons against 9.5 million tons a year ago, that is, 40.8% less. Only 200 tons of rye have been exported abroad in the current season, while last year at this time 10.8 thousand tons had already been exported.
