Ukraine's flour exports for the 2020/21 season saw a significant decrease, dropping by 62% to 127 thousand tons, marking the lowest level in nine years, as reported by UkrAgroConsult. This decline was attributed to a production slowdown, with total production falling by 24% to 1258 thousand tons compared to the previous season. The UAE remained the largest buyer, accounting for 25% of total exports, followed by Moldova, Palestine, Israel, and Somalia. Only Israel and Venezuela saw an increase in their purchases of Ukrainian flour.
