A weight so heavy that variations in the Peruvian price have repercussions on world prices. Other major producers: China, Thailand, Vietnam and the United States. On the European side, the biggest producers are Denmark and Norway: 390,000 tonnes of flour and 120,000 tonnes of oil between them.
