Fruit and vegetable price trends in Italy as of November 13th

We are approaching the full Italian clementine campaign. All varieties of apples present, with the arrival of Sweetango. There is a lower presence of Italian pears for William and Abate Fetel. The Italian grape is still on the market and the last steps for Pizzutello. The sale of artichokes is increasing, mainly coming from Puglia and Sardinia, violet without thorns, Tema and spinoso. The quality of the pumpkin is very good this year, especially for the round Delica. Thanks to the agreement with the Italian Telematic Commodity Exchange (Bmti) and Italmercati we are publishing the price survey of fruit and vegetables at wholesale markets as of 13 November 2023.
