According to him, the growth in demand is evident: non-alcoholic wines are increasingly appearing in restaurants and on the shelves of chain stores, and the assortment is rapidly expanding. The problem is that almost all of this production is imported. "The task of the industry is to start production in Russia. We need not just to promote non-alcoholic wine, but to confidently occupy a niche in this market," Altukhov emphasized.
