On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the "6th National Cotton Congress" was held at the Benaki Museum/Piraeus 138, in Athens. The congress was organized by the Interprofessional Organization of Cotton in cooperation with ELGO DIMITRA, under the auspices of the Ministry of Rural Development and the Attica Region. The opening of the congress was declared by the representative of the Prime Minister, Mr. Kostas Tsiaras, former Minister of Rural Development and Food.
