The Union of Dairy Enterprises of Ukraine has reported a notable increase in both export and import volumes for dairy products. Export volumes have risen by 5.3% to $9.8 million, largely due to a significant increase in the export of cheeses and fermented milk products. On the other hand, imports have surged by 10.2% to $10.6 million, with a notable rise in the import of butter and milk fats, whey, and cheeses. However, imports of whey, butter and milk fat, milk and condensed cream have seen a decrease.
