From January 1 to December 25, 2022*, Russia exported 881 thousand tons of wheat and wheat-rye flour, which is 3.5 times more than the same period in 2021. The cost volume of supplies showed an increase of 3.9 times. Since April, monthly shipments of flour have consistently exceeded 60 thousand tons, and in June they crossed the mark of 100 thousand tons. Georgia became the largest importer of Russian flour, which, as of December 25, increased purchases by 4.7 times in physical terms (up to 202 thousand tons).
