In 2022, Ukraine's imports of agricultural products saw a decrease of 21% from the previous year, with the largest category being fruits and nuts, accounting for 10.5% of the total imports. The United States was the leading supplier, followed by Turkey and Ecuador. Citrus fruits and bananas were the most imported fruits, making up 60% of the value of imports. Overall, there was a decrease in foreign purchases of all commodity items, except for watermelons and melons.
