According to the company, thanks to the modernization of the enterprise in 2025, the growth in milk processing exceeded 60%, and cheeses became the main type of produced products," noted the chief specialist for monitoring the Vologda branch of the "Center for Agroanalysis" Viktoriya Kartashova. In the Vologda region, 55.7% of the district's butter production was produced. Over the year, its production increased by 2.1%, to 2,067.6 tons.
