The price of oranges increased by 30.8% over the year. The average price in Kazakhstan for this citrus fruit is 1,004 thousand tenge per kg. The highest price for this fruit was registered in Semey (1.139 thousand tenge per kg), Aktau (1.133 thousand tenge per kg) and Kunaev (1.117 thousand tenge per kg). In other regions of the Republic, they cost between 850 and 1000 tenge per kg. At the same time, the cheapest oranges are sold in Petropavlovsk, the regional center of the North Kazakhstan region. Here they cost 811 tenge per kg. The strongest increase in prices for the year was recorded for bananas. They have risen in price by almost half, or rather by 46.2%. The average price in the Republic of Kazakhstan is 878 tenge per kg.
