According to Omskstat, in the third quarter of 2025, farms of all categories in the Omsk region produced 55.1 thousand tons of slaughter pigs (live weight). This is 2.2% more than in the same period of 2024 (53.9 thousand tons). Overall, the production of livestock and poultry for slaughter (live weight) in farms of all categories in the region amounted to 128.8 thousand tons, which is 5.2% more than a year earlier. Slaughter cattle (live weight) amounted to 28.6 thousand tons, poultry to 40.2 thousand tons, or 42.2% more (28.2 thousand tons last year). In particular, agricultural organizations produced 47.8 thousand tons of pigs (+0.5%), 38.7 thousand tons of poultry (+44.5%), and 11.4 thousand tons of cattle.
Raw milk production in the Omsk region over nine months amounted to 452.5 thousand tons. Including 242.4 thousand tons in agricultural organizations. Also, the region produced 653 million eggs (+5.9%), of which 519.8 million pieces (+5.3%) in agricultural organizations.
