In the southeast of Kazakhstan, 8 billion tenge are being invested in the modernization of grain and oilseed processing plants

In the city of Konayev (Almaty region of Kazakhstan), one of the region's largest investment projects is being implemented — the modernization of the production site of LLP "Kapshagay Biday Onimderі" with the simultaneous construction of three new factories. The facility includes a plant for the production of vegetable oil, flour, and feed flour.

As clarified in the regional akimat, the project is being carried out through private investments totaling 8 billion tenge. The enterprise will not only supply the domestic market of Kazakhstan but also export products to China.

"Currently, active construction work is underway: railway tracks are being modernized, warehouses, terminals, and production buildings are being erected. The launch of the enterprise is planned for this year. It is expected that the annual export volume will reach 1 million tons of products," said Rinat Tokpanov, deputy director general of the company.
