"The corn has not been completely harvested, but it is not about critical volumes. Out of the forecasted over 30 million tons, 29 million have already been harvested. That is, approximately 5-7% of the area remains in the fields. The completion of the harvest is most likely to occur in March. For Ukraine, this is not an unprecedented situation; such practice has already been seen in previous years. The delay may affect the commodity value and quality of the grain. However, there is no reason to say that the entire remaining volume will be lost. It is about a possible decrease in quality, not an automatic loss of the crop," Vysotskyi noted.
