The Ministry of Economy continues to clarify the data on the results of the 2025 harvest in Ukraine. The figures show that as of December 25, only sugar beets (100%) and rapeseed (102%) have been fully harvested from the fields. The lowest figure is for corn at 87%. These figures may, on the one hand, indicate the slow receipt and processing of data "from the field," as well as a phenomenon that has been recurring for several years in a row—leaving corn in the fields until spring, or continuing harvesting even in the winter period for various reasons. Nevertheless, in the past week, 69.4 thousand hectares were added to the harvested areas (totaling 3 million 848.3 thousand hectares), and the volume of the harvest increased by 1,011.4 thousand tons (total grain harvested is 27 million 457.5 thousand tons with an average yield of 7.13 tons/ha).
