In Ukraine, fish fillet production increased by 21%

It is noted that the growth of fish production was also observed for the following commodity items: smoked fish (including fillets; except for Pacific, Atlantic and Danube salmon, herring and trout, as well as fish heads, tails and bellies) - 1003 tons (+ 17.8%); dried and dried fish - 1067 tons (+ 16.9%); dried, dried, salted or unsalted fish; fish salted but not dried; fish in brine (except for smoked fish, fish fillets, fish heads, tails and bellies) - 2.6 thousand tons (+ 15%); salted fish (except herring) - 565 tons (+ 14.1%); salted herring - 1045 tons (+ 13.6%); ready-made products and canned herring, whole or sliced, in vinegar, oil, marinade, tomato (except minced meat and ready-made fish dishes) - 925 tons (+ 1.7%); ready-made products and canned fish, other (except whole or sliced and ready-made fish dishes) - 4.1 thousand tons (+ 0.5%).
