This week, the market in Ukraine has seen a trend of rising prices for table beets, according to analysts from the EastFruit project. According to market players, the price increase is due to a noticeable rise in trading activity in the segment of these root vegetables. At the same time, most farms have suspended sales of high-quality beets in anticipation of even higher price increases.
