Iran's biggest agricultural products export terminal, located in the northern Mazandaran province, has been inaugurated by President Hassan Rouhani. The first phase of the terminal, which cost around $171 million, has a capacity of over 364,000 tons and creates direct jobs for 300 people. The terminal's goals include marketing, exporting products, creating Iranian brands, reforming the distribution system, and regulating the market of agricultural products. The value of Iran's agricultural product exports has increased by 8.4% during the first ten months of the current Iranian calendar year, compared to the same period in the previous year.
