Jeonnam Province selected Dadochaju's Makgeolli, a traditional liquor representing October, using handmade rice wine. This Makgeolli, with a 5.5% alcohol content, is characterized by its clear, clean, and fragrant taste. Dadochaju's Makgeolli is made by high-temperature fermentation of handmade rice wine, brewed in a direct-salted alder frame, bringing to life the five tastes (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and spicy) to create a harmonious and deep flavor. Also, as a live yeast Makgeolli, it offers various flavors and carbonation depending on the aging period. For about 1 to 15 days, you can enjoy the sweet taste of low alcohol content, and for about 16 to 30 days, you can feel the flavor of aged rice with high alcohol content. Located in Dado-myeon, Naju City, 'Dadochaju' is bright.
