Korean bakery exports, which include bread, pastries, and ingredients, have reached an all-time high of $404 million from January to November this year, marking an 8.3% increase from the previous year. This surge is driven by a significant 18.9% increase in bread exports. Products with strong Korean characteristics such as bungeoppang and steamed buns have been the primary contributors to this growth. If the current trend continues, it is projected that the annual export record will be broken.
