In the first half of 2024, Kazakhstan's wheat flour exports saw a slight decrease, with a total of 856.28 thousand tons shipped, a decrease from 895.2 thousand tons in the same period of 2023. The main importers, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan, reduced their purchase volumes, while exports to Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan increased. Turkmenistan significantly reduced its imports of Kazakh flour, but exports to Russia and China remained stable. Small shipments of Kazakh flour were also made to Iraq, Turkey, Belarus, and Poland.
