Ukraine's Main Department of the State Food and Consumer Services in Ternopil region has issued a warning regarding the safety of imported yogurts. The warning states that these dairy products contain high levels of carob gum (E410), an ingredient that exceeds the permitted limit of ethylene oxide (oxirane). According to Ukrainian law, market operators are required to seize or recall such foods if they pose a risk to human health. Consumers have been advised to report the presence of these contaminated yogurts and to expect a recall or seizure of the affected products.
