Loading of grain on the railway in the Kursk region increased by 25% in October.

The region is actively expanding the export of agricultural products. In October 2025, 227.7 thousand tons of grain were loaded at the stations of OJSC "Russian Railways" in the Kursk region. This is 25.2% more than in the same month in 2024. In addition to grain, other cargoes were sent by rail in October. 1.3 million tons of iron and manganese ore were loaded. 12.1 thousand tons of construction cargo were sent, 98.2 thousand tons of meal were loaded, 17 thousand tons of sugar were sent.
