The crisis in the restaurant market has reached even the most stable segment—fast food. The revenue growth rates of the parent companies of the three largest market players—Burger King, Vkusno — i tochka, and Rostic`s—have slowed down, and profits have decreased. This is due to a less significant influx of traffic and rising operational expenses. The three largest players in the QSR (quick service restaurant) segment in 2025 saw a decrease in net profit. According to calculations by "Ъ" based on the companies' financial statements, the net profit of OOO "Unirest" (which manages the Rostic`s brand) in 2025 decreased by 27.5%, to 4.1 billion rubles, although it had increased by 60.4% in 2024. At OOO "Sistema PBO" ("Vkusno — i tochka"), the figure decreased by 15.1%, to 14.4 billion rubles, compared to a growth of 19.7% the previous year. OOO "Burger Rus" (the Burger King chain) reported a 61% drop in net profit, to 637.6 million rubles for 2025. In 2024, the company also recorded a decrease in the figure, but much smaller—by 9.2%.
