In March 2026, Ukraine increased the natural volumes of its exports of milk and cream, condensed to 3,600 tons (+20%), fermented milk products to 612 tons (+22%), milk whey to 1,710 tons (+24%), butter to 980 tons (+5%), cheeses to 1,320 tons (+14%) and ice cream to 1,370 tons (+96%), but reduced the volumes of shipments of uncondensed milk and cream to 2,010 tons (-10%) compared to February of the current year. Compared to March 2025, Ukraine increased the natural volumes of its exports of casein by 30% (to 810 tons), uncondensed milk and cream by 42%, fermented milk products by 44%, cheeses by 15%, but reduced shipments of condensed milk and cream by 7%, milk whey by 6%, butter by 31% and ice cream by 10%.
