More than a third of the vineyards have the potential for high yields. This was reported by Elena Fastova, the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, at the press conference "Results of the research 'Wine Guide of Russia'." "We have indeed been paying maximum attention to viticulture and winemaking in recent years. Today, we already have more than a third of vineyards aged between 5 and 15 years. That is, they are quite young, with the potential for good yields," she said. Fastova also noted that in 2025, it is planned to plant an additional 5 thousand hectares of new vineyards.
