The National Hanwoo Association's Korean Beef Association Wanju-gun branch has opened a livestock material warehouse to help reduce production costs for local Korean cattle farmers and aid the growth of the Korean beef industry. The warehouse, supported by Wanju County and Jeollabuk-do, was constructed with the proceeds from the association's land purchase in 2021. The facility is anticipated to enable farmers to buy feed in bulk at a lower price and ensure a consistent supply throughout the year, thereby helping to offset production costs.
