Nestlé Brasil projects a 27% growth in soluble coffee exports by 2026, driven by the reduction in international green coffee prices and the recovery of global demand. The company expects to exceed the mark of 20,200 tons shipped throughout the year. The advance in exports is led by the industrial unit in Araras (SP), responsible for the production of Nescafé for the Brazilian market and other 57 countries. Among the main destinations of the product are Argentina, Canada, Guatemala, and Saudi Arabia, which concentrate a large part of the shipments. The unit has established itself as one of the main export hubs of the company in the world. According to Marcelo Nascimento, Vice President of Supply Chain at Nestlé Brasil, the performance reinforces the strategic role of the country. “Brazil is not only a major producer of high-quality coffee but also a relevant industrial center within the global soluble coffee chain,” he highlights.
