Overcoming difficulties, improving the investment environment Implementing Resolution No. 58/NQ-CP of the Government on supporting enterprises to adapt, recover quickly, and develop sustainably by 2025, the Nghệ An Provincial People's Committee has issued Report No. 904/BC-UBND, showing outstanding results in directing, managing, and overcoming difficulties for enterprises. Nghệ An Province has directed departments, sectors, and localities to regularly review, detect gaps in legal regulations, and proactively propose to competent authorities for amendments and supplements. A series of draft laws, decrees, and action programs from the Government have been commented on by localities based on practical conditions, contributing to perfecting institutions and improving the business investment environment.
