Naju Livestock Products Market, owned by Nonghyup Economic Holdings, has begun exporting sliced and processed Korean beef to Hong Kong. The market, located in Naju, was approved as an export processing plant by Hong Kong's Food and Environmental Sanitation Department in February. The facility, which moved to its current location in November 2020, houses the entire process from slaughtering to processing and butchering in a single building, ensuring a safe and hygienic production environment. The initial export included △strip ends, △sirloin, △bo-seop, and △tongue parts, with more exports scheduled for the end of the month.
