Turkey: The regulation change of costs for the alcoholic beverages establishment has been published

The regulation change of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the subject was published in the 5th repeated issue of the Official Gazette. According to the regulation, the fixed cost of establishment permit is at least 14 thousand 752 lira for beer, at least 3 thousand 933 lira with a capacity of 20 thousand liters / year or less for wine and aromatized wine, and at least with a capacity of more than 20 thousand liters / year. It was determined as 9 thousand 834 lira, and at least 49 thousand 171 lira for aromatized wine-based drink and aromatized wine cocktail. The facility establishment permit fee is 14.75 lira for beer, 24.58 lira for wine and aromatized wine, 79.13 lira for aromatized wine-based drink and aromatized wine cocktail, 167 for distilled spirits, per 1000 liters per year over the project capacity. It will be calculated as 17 liras. One fourth of the amount calculated during the application will be collected while the facility establishment permit is issued. ...
