The article provides an overview of the recent trends in the fruit and vegetable markets in the region, as observed on the EastFruit Trade Platform. It highlights the price fluctuations in Ukraine, with a decrease in onion prices and an increase in carrots and beets prices. However, white cabbage, sweet and bitter peppers, and garlic saw a rise in prices. In Turkey, the price of tangerines increased, while in Egypt, tangerines became more expensive, and in Turkey, oranges became cheaper. The article also notes an increase in the number of users of the Ukrainian fruit and vegetable trading group UkrOpt, which has surpassed 10,000 members. Additionally, it mentions the best-selling products and price changes in Egypt and Turkey, the increase in supply of packaging and tare, and the promotion of fruit drying and storage services.
