Overview of average consumer prices for food products in Ingushetia

In the region, over the past week, apples, onions, and carrots have become cheaper. According to data from the North Caucasus Statistics Agency, from September 9 to 15 in the Republic of Ingushetia, prices for certain types of fruit and vegetable products decreased: apples by 10.0% (to 142.65 RUB/kg), onions by 2.3% (to 39.64 RUB/kg), carrots by 2.1% (to 49.48 RUB/kg), and potatoes by 0.5% (to 42.90 RUB/kg). Fresh tomatoes could be purchased on average at 137.99 RUB/kg, fresh cucumbers at 102.32 RUB/kg, beets at 47.91 RUB/kg, and white cabbage at 38.58 RUB/kg. In the dairy category, the cost of sour cream was 459.48 RUB/kg, cottage cheese was 412.58 RUB/kg, hard, semi-hard, and soft cheeses were 741.22 RUB/kg, whole pasteurized milk with 2.5–3.2% fat was 121.70 RUB/kg, and sterilized milk was 149.84 RUB/l.
