In September, Peru's tomato exports experienced a slight decrease, shipping 1,497 tons, a 2% drop from the 1,531 tons sent the previous year. These exports were delivered to 14 countries, with Colombia and Honduras being the primary recipients, receiving 54% and 14% of the total shipment, respectively. Icatom S.A. and C & M International Freight S.A.C. were the leading exporters, contributing 43% and 30% to the total volume, respectively. The report also highlighted that 26 purchasing companies were involved in the process.
